Merchandise is shipped from our distribution center in Essex, United Kingdom via various couriers and should arrive in 1-3 business days after receipt of order.
Orders received by 9:00 am GMT Monday - Thursday will ship the same day.
Saturday and Sunday are non-shipping days. Please take special note that all priority and express orders will ship on the first work day when ordering on either Saturday,Sunday or after 1:00pm on Friday.
UPS delivers orders Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are non-transit days. Please make note of non-transit days when calculating delivery times.
Confirmation will be sent via email to the address associated with your account.
Items ordered may not arrive in same box or shipment, however multi-carton orders are consolidated to reduce shipping costs.
Items shipped outside of the UK are delivered via Royal Mail, Evri or DPD at our regular shipping rates or may be expressed shipped for an additional charge.
Display Hanging Inc., cannot guarantee that Royal Mail, Evri or DPD will deliver as advertised becuase of potential unexpected issues.
Shipping to foreign countries is determined based upon the country in question.
We regret that we cannot ship to certain foreign countries.
RUSH DELIVERY
For an extra charge we can arrange rush delivery to most addresses.
Rush delivery charges are in addition to regular shipping charges and are billed at the carriers published rate and based on the service you choose.
We must receive your order by 9:00am GMT Monday – Thursday to ensure that your order ships that same day.
National holidays are treated the same as non-business days. Please take this into consideration especially around heavy gift giving time.
Rush delivery is available for items to be shipped outside of the UK via DPD.
